Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ENERGIE FITS pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you need is available, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
