Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited options (when available at checkout): 2–3 business days

Delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package door to door.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and reshipment fees may apply.
